"There are 2 “near death experiences” depicted in the movie The Lazarus Phenomenon.  I put the quotes around the near death experience because I believe near death experience is an inadequate expression of what happened to the Nigerian Pastor Daniel Eke.  Someone who has been embalmed has gone a bit further than “near death.” 

I have a Ph. D. in biology and believe me, I know how strong formaldehyde is. Pastor Ted Haggard played the original “home video” of Daniel Eke’s death and embalming to New Life Church in January.  Your video relates the story much better and includes dramatized details that were in the “file” that Daniel’s angelic guide told him to keep.  It also includes some of the original video footage Pastor Ted showed us.  It includes the details from the mortician that Daniel had 6 5 cc syringes of formaldehyde injected in his extremities.  I thought that the original footage also said he had had all his blood replaced with formaldehyde, which is a more normal embalming procedure.  

Formaldehyde is a poison and anyone who had been injected with 30 cc of it, at the minimum, would most certainly be dead.  I would emphasize the embalming more strongly in the video.  The original video also mentioned that the people at the church, where Daniel was prayed back to life, said he smelled strongly of chemicals."
